After long conversations and some research it seems the GPS locator is out due to power and the fact that the signal could not be broadcast from below ground.
Thinking back to the cataloguing of finds that I had seen and a conversation with Craig Barber (NUA) I felt that another method of doing this would be to use google reference GPS locations imprinted into the clay vessels.
Mixing, blending ,throwing and turning!
Kay Yeoman works out of the studio I run. Kay is involved in teaching sciences at the University of East Anglia, although not chemical analysis. However, she kindly organised a test of a clay sample for me. I now need to sit down and work out whats in it!!!
