Self lowering table

Over the last few days it occurred to me that as the clay is extruded it needs somewhere to go that will gradually lower. I set about building a table which will lower with the clay as it is extruded. NOT easy! After different tests I resorted to pipes filled with corn flour (viscosity) which would slowly empty as the clay left the the extruder....good grief!
