Meeting with the Vista Allegra Museum and Gallery Manager to view Marions work on display!
First stop today, a return visit to Vista Allegra where Marions Residency took place and I assisted. A huge and historic ceramics factory in Porto. We met with the Museum Manager and the curator who has helped organise the bienali to discuss how Marions work was arranged and we also managed to look round the permanent collection. They have examples of ware produced over the last couple of centuries and the original kilns open to the public but they are too secretive to allow photography in the museum itself.
